Returning your purchase
- Refund requests must be made within 14 days of delivery date.
After 14 days from delivery date you must contact Perfumetree.asia Customer Service to determine the best course of action. Perfumetree.asia will not issue refunds for products purchased through other entities, such as distributors or retail partners. Defective units are covered under Perfumetree.asia return policy and will be replaced at Perfumetree.asia’s cost.
- A copy of the Perfumetree.asia purchase receipt, credit card copy and a copy of the original Perfumetree.asia invoice may be requested prior to Perfumetree.asia Customer Service issuing a Return Authorization.
- Unit must be returned in original packaging with all original accessories, literature and other components. Perfumetree.asia reserves the right to reject any refund request if the product is damaged or other original components are missing. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on Bath and body products including (skincare, haircare, deodorant sticks, shower gels) items due to health reasons. Please make your selections carefully.
- A Return Authorization (RA) number must be obtained prior to returning the product; to request an RA number, please email firstname.lastname@example.org, and provide the following information:

- Upon written receipt of the RA number, send product to:

- Products received without an RA number and the required documentation as specified above may not be accepted or processed for return.
- Products received that do not meet the above return criteria may be returned to the customer via ground shipment.
- You may be responsible for shipping costs for returning the product to Perfumetree.asia HQ. Product should be shipped so that it can be tracked and/or insured; Perfumetree.asia is not responsible for products lost or damaged during return shipment.
- Refunds, if qualifications are met, will be processed once your return arrives and is processed at our warehouse. Return processing usually takes 5 business days and once approved you’ll receive an email notification of the refund.
- Payments will be refunded back to you within 5 business days.
